Far North Ha Giang Border Rides

On our rides to the north, we finish the tours in the border town of Lao Cai. Once at the Lao Cai train station, we provide overnight soft sleeper train tickets back to Hanoi. the cost of shipping the bikes on the train and the overnight soft sleeper is 100$ USD and is included in our price above.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1-2: Hanoi to That Khe
Departing from Hanoi, we venture towards That Khe, tracing our path through winding roads and picturesque countryside. En route, we'll witness the transition from bustling urban life to serene rural landscapes, setting the stage for the adventures to come. Overnight stay in That Khe.

Day 3-4: That Khe to Cao Bang
Our journey continues deeper into the wilderness as we ride to Cao Bang, a region renowned for its majestic mountains and hidden wonders. Prepare to be awestruck by the raw beauty of Nguom Ngao Cave and the spectacular Ban Gioc Waterfall. Overnight stay in Cao Bang.

Day 5-6: Cao Bang to Ba Be
Next, we make our way to the serene Ba Be National Park, home to lush forests, emerald lakes, and diverse wildlife. Navigate through winding trails, immersing yourself in the tranquility of this natural paradise. Enjoy a boat ride on Ba Be Lake and connect with the indigenous Tay communities. Day 7-8: Meo Vac to Ha Giang
Embark on an epic off-road adventure as we journey through Meo Vac and Dong Van, traversing rugged terrain and remote mountain passes. Day 9: Ha Giang to Xin Man and Hanoi via Lao Cai
Our final day sees us retracing our path back to Hanoi via the border town of Lao Cai. Along the way, we'll stop for a well-deserved dinner and a refreshing shower before boarding the overnight soft sleeper train to Hanoi, arriving at 6 am the following morning.
