Day 1: Hanoi to Mai Chau
Depart from Hanoi in a 4x4 US Army Jeep or motorbike. Stop at local villages along the way for cultural experiences and photo opportunities. Arrive in Mai Chau and check into a resort. Explore the surrounding area, visit local markets, and interact with the friendly Thai ethnic minority. Enjoy a traditional Thai dinner and a cultural performance.
Day 2: Mai Chau to Ninh Binh (Tam Coc)
Depart from Mai Chau and head towards Ninh Binh. Stop at scenic spots for photography and visit local villages. Arrive in Tam Coc, Ninh Binh, and check into your accommodation. Take a boat ride through the stunning limestone karsts and grottoes of Tam Coc. Relax at your hotel or explore the local nightlife.
Day 3: Exploring Ninh Binh (Tam Coc)
Spend the day exploring the natural beauty of Ninh Binh. Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, and the Bich Dong Pagoda. Enjoy a bicycle ride through the countryside, passing rice paddies and traditional villages. Optional activities: hike to Mua Cave for a panoramic view or visit Thung Nham Bird Park.
Day 4: Ninh Binh to Ha Long Bay
Depart from Ninh Binh and travel through the Red River Delta to Ha Long Bay. Arrive at the port and board a luxury junk for a 2-night cruise. Enjoy a seafood lunch as the junk sets sail through the bay. Visit hidden lagoons by sea kayak or relax on deck and watch the islands float by. Dinner on board with fresh seafood and local specialties. Optional activities: night squid fishing or a movie under the stars.
Day 5: Ha Long Bay Cruise
Continue exploring Ha Long Bay with stops at various islands and caves. Optional activities: swim in the emerald waters, sunbathe on secluded beaches, or explore more lagoons by kayak. Enjoy all meals on board with fresh seafood and other local dishes.
Day 6: Ha Long Bay to Hanoi
Leisurely morning on the junk, enjoying the last views of Ha Long Bay. Brunch on board. Disembark from the junk after a seafood lunch. Travel back to Hanoi we take you to your hotel and wish you farewell, concluding the tour.
